The Grove Yoga [re]treat

Treat yourself with a retreat to The Grove   

Five days & four nights full of yoga, meditation, and yummy vegan food on a retired Florida orange grove in Floral City. 

The retreat will be provided by donation. Yes, you read that correctly. Pay what you can, pay what you want. I just ask for $50 per person to save your spot and cover costs (property rental and food).

All attendees get a FREE Asana Pillow!

Saturday, May 26 - Wednesday May 30 | 5 days 4 nights

Treats include:

  • Stay on 66 acres of retired orange grove. 
  • Camp (primitive) amongst the orange trees for 4 nights.
  • Two Hatha yoga classes per day.
  • Two meditation sittings per day.
  • Three (simple) meals daily provided by professional vegan chef.
  • Enjoy nights around the campfire.
  • Day trips to surrounding natural springs.
  • Hiking on property or nature preserve located next door.
  • Also, there's goats.

There will be a cap at 15 attendees. We will have access to the entire property, including a quaint cottage with modern amenities (kitchen, bathroom, shower, A/C). We will be camping for accommodation, but will have access to the cottage's bathroom, kitchen, and living space for daytime reading and relaxing if desired.

*May 29 is FULL moon so we will have a special gathering the last night of retreat*

I suggest arriving Friday to get settled in. Be prepared to digital detox. 

BRING YOUR OWN:

  • Camping necessities (tent, tarp, sleeping linens, camp chairs, towels etc).
  • Bikes, hammocks, kayaks, canoes, or any fun outdoor toys!
  • Yoga mat / meditation bolster
